Roman Ratrocious, the owner and host of a popular TV shopping channel, is all charm. He can sell anything, and his fans are hooked. But when an anonymous note asking for help is found in one of his products, the FELINE agents Spycat and Rockcat become suspicious. Could Ratrocious be a criminal?
